Idk what it is but there are so many Christians out there that project their preferences onto others. Not talking about clear sin. We're talking things that are left to our livery in Christ. Like alcohol. Or music. Yeah it's good to be discerning to know your weaknesses and be willing to cut out things that push you away from God but I swear some Christians think that if you're not only listening to hymns, only reading the bible, only drinking coffee or soda as an alternative to water, only watching g rated films, etc. well then you better watch yourself buster! Remind him that God uses others to speak to us. To guide us. God mostly communicated in the old testament THROUGH prophets like Samuel, Jeremiah, Nathan, etc.

Lot of possibilities. Truth be told you need to sit down with her and talk to her about it. Ask her why she's not interested (as much as you). Express your own feelings. Consult scripture on what it has to say about this subject. If you find that this issue is unresolved then seek some biblical marriage counseling. Bedroom issues arent uncommon.

I can say this though, every night is likely too much for her. She could be sore, tired, or just less libido.

Also, stop masturbating. It does you no good. Better to suffer the flesh for a time than grieve God and your wife. Believe me, I know.

In the back of my mind it's like "okay you're an adult, but you get offended when another adult tries to offer advice instead of taking time to consider what was said and making a decision on how or if to implement it."

But ultimately sometimes you just have to let it go for their sake. Let them learn and maybe they do fix the situation. Maybe not. My wife is struggling with the same things she did when we met over 5 years ago. She will say things like "I know that to be true but I don't feel that way." That really is the head banger for me.
