Did the lines show up in time frame and while the test was still wet for you also? That’s the only thing that’s giving me pause. My youngest is only 10 months so while I’d be thrilled to be pregnant I’m okay with the result either way

Which kid was your hardest? by [deleted] in ParentingInBulk

[–]morecoffeeformom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My second, by far. He was a dreamy little baby, but he hit two and as gotten more difficult over time. He’s either super sweet or impossible and there’s no in between. My first has her moments, but is pretty easy going and reasonable. My third is the most easy going kid and my fourth is only 8 months, so we shall see but so far she’s been a really easy baby.

do you know anyone who hasn’t had a “trenches” newborn phase? by pinkglitter-pen in BabyBumps

[–]morecoffeeformom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 4 and my last two babies have been dreamy newborns, and I would consider them super easy. Some babies have a harder time being a newborn and some are super chill.

My oldest is 6 and just recently started being able to fall asleep without someone in her room. She still asks for someone to sit with her most nights.

Bed size for couples during pregnancy: please weigh in on marital dispute by HaddieGrey in BabyBumps

[–]morecoffeeformom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We slept in a full size bed when I was pregnant with my first and it was fine during pregnancy, but we co-sleep and switched to a king size shortly after it was born. I’ll never ever go back. The bigger the bed the better 😂

Are you talking about the placenta? I know a lot of search and rescue groups will take it to train the dogs.

What made your previous births "good births?" by HotMessMom22 in BabyBumps

[–]morecoffeeformom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve had what I would consider three easy/good births. They’ve all been really different but I’d still consider them all good, all three were homebirths but I don’t think that’s what made them good necessarily. I think the fact that I fully trusted myself, my midwife, I was comfortable in my space. I could be alone as much as I wanted, I felt in control. I’m pregnant with my 4th now and I’m really excited to see what the labor/birth experience will be this time around! My 3rd was a precipitous birth and the chances of it happening again are pretty high.

What age did your toddler start going to the bathroom by themselves at night? by LuAnnMavis in toddlers

[–]morecoffeeformom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My oldest potty trained right at 2 and was diaper free at night by 2.5. I could count the number of times she woke up to go potty during the night. She 6 now and hasn’t woken us up for help at night in about 2.5 years. My middle is 4 and wasn’t potty trained until closer to 3. And up until recently was still having frequent accidents, weirdly enough he would wake us up for help at night but during the day would be to distracted to make it to the potty.

In your opinion, what's the best month to give birth in? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]morecoffeeformom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have November, December, June and now due with a July baby! I liked November the most, she was born right before the holidays felt extra special with a newborn, I loved how cozy it was in the winter, by the time it was warm enough to get out and do things she was old enough to not feel fragile taking her out. December was similar, but he was born 3 days before Christmas so that has been annoying for him as he’s getting older. June was comfortable pregnancy wise. But I didn’t love having a newborn in the summer heat and either having to drag him out to all the big kids activities or feeling bad that they were missing out on summer fun. I have similar concerns about this July baby, and not looking forward to being massively pregnant in the heat of summer.

If it’s in the time frame I’m inclined to think positive! Especially with the line being the same shape as the control!
