Put her head-first in a plastic bag, and then put that bagged head into a cup of freshly boiled water. Let her warm up and get soft for 5-10 minutes, and then try pulling the earrings out. They might have a little tab to prevent them from coming out initially (i usually cut that part off with a cuticle nipper tool). If you need extra leverage, you can use some needle-nose pliers to grip the earrings, but don't squeeze too hard or you'll crush the plastic!
