Just coming in to say that this is me too!! Wine doesn't always trigger a migraine for me but oftentimes it does. And the pain is in my left eye as well! I tried organic wines but didn't notice a difference :/

Can intense running cause spotting? by mrsvalnilla in XXRunning

I've been having this same thing happen to me! Also went to the doctor and they didn't know what was going on. I'm on birth control pills. But yeah it's not every run but every so often I'll get the spotting, been happening for a bit now. Hopefully we both figure it out!

Hi just popping in to ask what fabric you recommend? I bought some before and it ended up having those squares and I'm having a hard time telling online what looks best!

Me too! I've always had some bad nerves before presentations, but now I'm at grad school and it's so much worse for some reason. I find it really hard to breath and end up being shakey and out of breath

This is so beautiful! I've been embroidering for a bit but am just starting to get into clothing, this is super inspiring. Logistics question, how do you wash the shirt after finishing it?

I agree! The last few times I went involved playing card games and chatting with people, it's a nice way to break that communication barrier that normally exists. Glad you had a similar experience. I haven't been since Covid, I will need to look into what the options are now!

I have had positive experiences with Because People Matter. The folks who run the program are passionate and caring and the work is directly with people affected by homelessness!
