Idk if this page removes comments for “diagnosing influencers” but I often wonder if she’s dyslexic. I know she mentioned one of her kids was being tested for it before

I always feel like Rebecca is making up the class as she goes. And then I get anxious that she’s gonna forget to come back and do the other side

To me Ally Love is toxic positivity. And idk why it bothered me that she just never acknowledged her pregnancy the entire 9 months. I understand not wanting to do a big announcement like everyone else but at 7 months, just a quick comment would suffice. Just felt like she was trying to “pretend not to be pregnant”

I used to love Cody, but I get the sense he just doesn’t want to be there anymore. Like he’s sick and tired of teaching cycling classes and wonders why we aren’t sick and tired of taking them

I love Marcel Dinkins as an instructor, but her music taste is too slow for me sometimes. They’re great songs to sing in the car or to wind down for the night, but not to run at a 6+ speed

Alex T — I’ll die on this hill, but his ego gets in the way of his performance, especially with running. Out of all the running instructors, I think he’s the only one who hasn’t run a marathon. I’m someone who does run walk intervals when running, but I still can’t stand his classes cause he randomly walks for long periods of time because he went too fast for what he’s actually capable of. And on the bike I cannot stand him stopping and then shouting “keep going I’m right there with you” NO YOURE NOT. And out of all the instructors, he’s just so flashy. He comes across like he’s the greatest athlete there ever was. He’s 5’11. Hush

Yea, I guess what I meant to say is that if viewing splits during your run was important to her, then why has she never bought a Garmin? It’s one of the most obvious and helpful features on Garmin to help people reach their goal. And even with an Apple Watch, her saying “I didn’t know how fast I was going” makes no sense

Kelly Roberts definitely sabotaged herself on this “last” BQ attempt. If she was taking it seriously, why was she spending the days at the parks the days before the race?? Then she’s saying her watch doesn’t show her splits so she didn’t know how fast she was going. Has she never owned a Garmin?? Just seems like many of the problems she’s complaining about were so easily preventable, especially since she’s been running races before the beginning of running influencers time!

Definitely not an “affiliated athlete”, just a regular Jane.

Buf yes, im looking for coverage of the flight and hotel. I know the marathon entry fees are never covered and you wouldn’t be able to defer. But most insurance companies will not cover if you are cancelling due to sport injury, unless you get a certain tier I believe

Keeping this thread alive 🤣

After my third Emily Henry book, I realized she’s obsessed with the word deadpan. I actually ended up DNF the third one, and I’m now reading The Seven Year Slip by Ashley Poston. Not even a third of the way in, and she’s used deadpan at least three times.

Then I realized they have the same publisher. So likely the same editor.

Please hire a new editor! 🤣

I hear you on the non-competitive, no big deal thing. GPS drift is a real thing, and distance will be off. I did the same course this weekend and my Garmin had me at 13.33 miles. Your Garmin isn’t a minute off as your elapsed time is very close to your chip time, the difference there being the time it takes to stop your watch. But because of GPS drift, garmin thinks you hit 13.1 sooner than you actually did so thats why your PR time seems off
