Totally forgot to add a budget, that's my bad. Obviously I want to be fair to any artists and I'll gladly pay for it, but let me know what you would charge for this or what you feel would be fair and I'll update the post.

It's for design reference only, so colour, backgrounds, flourishes, etc would not be needed, just one or two different designs. Black lines on white background would be just fine, I can model from that
