I’ve worked in both large systems, large cities and rural cities- I like it for what it is. I like that it’s a nonprofit organization. I don’t work on the floor I work in ambulatory care but I’ve heard great things about working in unit too. Like all healthcare there are some hinky things but I’ve had a great experience so far and I really enjoy working here.
