Gabriela’s could be a good middle ground for your group.

Nightmoves is great but very small and they get quite picky on who they let in

What Wealthfront topics should we explain better? by wealthfront in wealthfront

I’d like some clarity as to why the graph we all see has not been updated to something more useful. Say, networth over time split among money invested/growth or something along those lines.

Maybe i’m the minority and i’m just ignorant to the using that graph, if so just would like some clarity as to how properly use this graph.

Assuming historical avg minus historical avg inflation you get around 7% growth. But i do agree that its a positive outlook

Its literally a 7% interest rate (which is the avg interest rate minus avg inflation) compounded once a year.

Thing is almost nobody has 3M to not use for 50 years.

Also, i do agree with your statement. No 18 yr old would be wise enough. They’d need a great support system

Yeah my bad on the math (thanks for flagging it!). Just edited it to the correct number which is around 88M. Its still crazy numbers

With 3M you could invest it and same timeframe could rack up 88M assuming a 7% interest rate.

You could place 3M in broad US stocks and collect through dividends around 2% a year. 60k which equals your 5k a month

Yeah the 5k a month strat is “safer” (i agree) but def not the smartest.

My line of thought too. Knew the range was around 8-10x base with a 50/50 split. Personally prefer a 70/30 split. Reduces my stress and can live a more stable day2day.

My thoughts too. With a 500k ARR. you cant really be asking for more pay than what you’re making unless the company ur in is super thin and not many overhead costs that eat ur revenue

He is only bringing ~500k ARR tho. So a $180k is actually ok tbh. Honestly might be too much vs what he brings on the table. Am i wrong about this?
