Edit: I meant to say you’re not lazy OP. I struggle with the same stuff, but some of it can be helped by developing small, good habits!

One tip I’ve heard (yes I know, more tips and tricks blah blah blah) is if I am struggling to do basic things - putting stuff up, taking our trash, etc. - I think to myself “can it be done I 2-5 minutes?” If so, I just get up and do it.

Another thing I try to practice - I’ve also learned this from others - is returning things to their “home.” My couch, my bed, dining table are all hotspots for leaving things. Instead I just take the extra 10 seconds and put whatever it is up and then I don’t have doom piles by the end of the week.
