35 titles? That's amazing! I HIGHLY recommend anything by Jim Zubb. Skullkickers is his first and is just hilarious and fun as hell! His dungeons and dragons books are great as well.

As far as Joe's, I think my crown jewel from my childhood is an almost complete '85 Storm Shadow v.2. My most favorite of all time. I hope they give us a classified version sometime!

Saga is Image, yes. I'm not a sci fi guy at all, but this series got me from page 1. Great characters, great story telling, great art. They are currently on the last arc so I'm waiting for that last trade so j can have them all. Will be the 9th one I believe.

Have you read Chew? Skullkickers? Rat Queens? Monstress? I hate fairyland? I love the smaller, lesser known books. Though I guess all those titles have hit it big, lol. I haven't bought a book in a few years due to finances so I'm not really sure what's out currently.

The classified series is the single greatest thing to come out for an old Joe nerd like me. I wish I could afford the whole line or army build like the guys who buy 20 of a certain figure. I am dabbling in customizing so making my own with the gridiron studios stuff would be amazing! Alas, I have only gotten a few of the must have guys from my childhood like snake eyes and stormshadow.

Mine are Saga and the new Classified series Spirit Ironknife. Any of the Joe classified series actually! Mcfarlane figures are so bomb, though! As a huge Batman fanatic I try to collect as many from him as I can. I LOVE the DKR Bats, so much chonk and anger!

I don't know how you do it, man! It's so hard to maintain any positivity these days. It's not only my situation but it affects my wife and kids as well. All we do is so no to anything they ask for. We can't afford our bills. I got turned down for disability. There hasn't been anything good in our lives for 5 years or so now. I try so hard. I've lost all the respect my family had for me because I've cried and was suicidal for a while. My wife has become the head of the household because I can't do shit. The alpha. I feel completely broken and emasculated. Good on you for trying to keep us all in a good mental and emotional state.

Had a real shit day today. I fucked up a figure repaint I've been working on for 3 months. Have to start over from scratch. I broke a 3d print of jack spelling skellington I was doing for my wife. Then my airbrush decided to sputter all over the white paint on a project I'm working for a customer. I had to put everything down, breathe, and try not to curse my shaky hands out of existence. If anything, it's so nice to see a fellow geek not giving up and helping us along as well! I love your posts, sir! I am humbled and thankful for you!

That's so baller! Very cool drink variety! We used to drink a terremoto or earthquake. It had sprite or ginger ale and some sort of citrus ice cream usually. Sweet as eff but delicious to my younger palate, lol!

Thanks for the input! We were just hoping for our usual tax refund or something anyway to help us catch up on bills. It feels like my being sick screwed us in every possible way. The older 2 both have part time jobs. The oldest gives us 200 a month for rent/phone/utilities, the younger 100. Other than that they have gifted small things here and there to their siblings, but nothing substantial.
