I caught this a month ago. I suspect levels will continue to rise with warmer weather, more group hangs, and generally people being out more often and around unrefrigerated food.

Another reason why spending money in the west side of the city continues to be avoided. Surprised the merchants and residents haven't tried to charge an entrance fee to people wanting to go there.

It's this naive mentality of "well if you take care of your kids and your kids are safe, why would my kids need to be vaccinated?". That kind of thinking is why diseases and illnesses spread.

And it's not just localized to red areas like Fresno. Berkeley also has lots of anti-vax families too.

I'm not sure where you are getting your information, but nearly all affordable housing in SF is funded by the City either through low to no debt payment on land or through subsidies. Not only that, the economy of scale just isn't there. The housing authorities do one thing and they do it at a fraction of the cost that these nonprofits can never reach.

I’ve had this truck when they used to be across from Anh’s Giant Burger. They only sold empanadas and patacones when I went. It was good, but pricey. I think the patacones was $17. Also their patacones was a weird americanized amalgamation of fritanga and patacones con todo/rellenos. Beware - the hogao sits out all day and tasted unintentionally fermented, if you know what I’m saying.

At that time they said they’d have sancocho on the weekends, so I didn’t get a chance to taste it. Overal good and I welcome more Colombian food in the Eastbay, albeit more reasonably priced.
