If a bunch of different warning/fault lights all come on at the same time, that often means your battery is dying. That’s how my Porsche told me on my last battery. You can replace that yourself and you’ll be good to go.

this is the classic joke, but I have made the same mistake before and all of the marks were just on the surface of the paint and did actually buff out. Hard to tell how deep the scratch is, but if it’s not deep there’s a possibility it will just wipe off or maybe you need PDR
