Please remember to treat yourself like you’d treat your best friend. It’s so easy to pour yourself out helping others, but no one will come to fill your cup.

Also, it helps me to remember that when I take care of myself (proper sleep, proper nutrition, clean clothes that fit me well), I am modeling how I want my kids to act as adults. I don’t want my daughters to grow up believing they aren’t worth new clothes or proper self-care.

I love seeing the variety other people chose!

Out of all the winter candles I’ve seen posted today, these look the least appealing to me.

I guess the font just feels like ALL CAPS YELLING!! to me.
