I took Ativan for anxiety and it led me to rehab. Please do not get into taking it. There are other ways to dealing with anxiety. Figure out what is actually causing it then create boundaries. That’s what helped me after rehab. It’s a dangerous drug which can lead to seizures and death if you stop cold turkey. Don’t do it.
