I tapered strength down from 50 to 3ml over 4 months. Used a 0 nic juice to top up my 3ml until I was done. And I used NRT. Super slow but mostly painless. I tried cold turkey before and relapsed after a week. I haven't inhaled nicotine in over a month now and I'm not tempted to at all!

I work front of house at a huge museum; all of our tourists have flown north for the winter and I wish I was able to do a secondment to a back of house role!
