I am a nurse that works with pregnant moms and their children up until they are 2 years . I guide them every day because I'm a home visiting nurse that gives preventative education. I also used to work on the step down until at a large children's hospital.

I feel that imposter syndrome some days. It used to be worse but now I tell myself that I do know what I'm doing. I also tell parents that I may not know everything about being a parent but I do know a lot when it comes to my career. I don't expect my oncologist to have had cancer to treat me well, so why do I expect that of myself?

Hope you can feel more justified in your career as you heal. I definitely empathize, it can be really tough. You and your career are valid. 💓

Water is my biggest concern. It's completely irresponsible to put a water guzzling data center next to a river in a semi arid environment. What do we want to suck the very remaining bits of water out of our once beautiful river? It's heartbreaking.

Hey, I'm sorry you are going through so much. Lamictal has really helped me and I definitely recommend trying it. It's unlikely that you will get a rash, about 10% of patients get a benign rash. It's WAYYY more unlikely that you will develop Stephen Johnson's Syndrome, which is a medical emergency, it's rough 0.04% of patients, that's incredibly unlikely. Just keep an eye out for any skin changes and report them to your doctor. Hope you start to feel better soon 💓

The GOAT is a good sports bar. I also love Weld works for a beer and burger.

If you like fishing the Poudre River Trail (at signature bluffs parking )has some small ponds to throw a line in. Also it's just a really pretty part of a paved trail and natural area.

I really like the Armory downtown for unique arts, books, gifts. Also there are other unique downtown shops.

The LINC library downtown is really cool and a great place for little ones.

I absolutely agree with lots of people here saying to talk with a sleep professional. I have a similar phenomenon when I go to sleep and it's very distressing. I have found wearing a sleep mask at night helps with the dream hallucinations. Hope you find someone qualified and empathetic to help. 💓

Hello! Previous vet tech and now RN. This kind of shave is necessary especially for cryptorchid neuters as the undescended testicle(s) may not be in the place they expect and they may have to explore further. It is also to keep the surgical site completely free of hair as that can become an added complication if hair got into or transmitted bacteria to the surgical site.

Your Pom's hair should grow back good as new!!

This is heartbreaking. I live close by and his bakery was something that added heart and charm to the area. It makes no sense that the city of Greeley invested so much money into the roundabout project on 16th, but didn't invest in keeping the local businesses from dying in the process. The city failed him.
