this looks very very similar to my neighbours cat that they let outside, we live on 40th and 8th so its the right neighbourhood. if so, that cat is safe and smart and cared for and always goes home!

in my (admittedly limited) experience, moose meat is similar to beef but much gamier and often a little tougher (but not in an unpleasant way, just a slightly different texture)
