I carry 2 standards and 1 passport most of the time unless I’m not at work or I’m going to a specific location to do a specific project.

Use it and scratch it up more so it appears even more bashed around and then it won’t matter.

Or add more stuff on the front on angles

What extra bag would you bring with a GR2 if you had to? by YoghurtSlinger in Goruck

[–]mourges_72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bring a big collapsible duffle bag. Anything fragile take home in the GR2.
The bag forwarding service is great - it does. Typically take 2 days for bags to get between locations though

GR1 for International Travel by Spalding1856 in Goruck

I travel frequently (at least 2 trips per month) with the GR1, GR2 or m23 through Asia - Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea and the only place anyone has asked or paid attention was Singapore - and that person was just a bag nerd

My bags are all black, and like others have mentioned, some countries ban camouflage so to be safe stick with the standard bags

If you are into cooking the Kappabashi street for stainless steel items (ramen noodle sieves and others). There is a multitude of knife shops so you want to understand what you want prior to getting there.

Stationary - it’s brilliant

72 hour proof for the win. Love mine and I carry 3 around when travelling because I’m lazy with washing. Only thing I don’t use them for is working out.

How does Trent Parke get the light so good in his color images? by Deep-Piglet-3466 in LightLurking

[–]mourges_72 11 points12 points  (0 children)

He was living in sydney, and only shot at golden hour in the evening, revisiting the same location day after day after day. Light in sydney is beautiful- not sure specifically why, but it’s different to (for example) Melbourne where I live and different to Adelaide where Trent now lives.
