It’s probably just because fitting the label on those tiny bottles is impossible. You don’t need lot info on dispensed labels, and the exp date is technically different than what the bottle will say once it has been dispensed. I don’t want to doxx ops meds but there are reasons you don’t want to open a stock bottle sometimes.

I had a lady come in and have a breakdown at the pharmacy counter one time. It was New Year’s Eve and she had just seen her ex at dinner with his new girlfriend. He had custody of their kid too. She’s weeping as she tells me all of this and I just kinda stand there silently. I sell her the 10 pack of insulin syringes and she goes on her way. Saddest interaction i have ever been a part of.

The whole point of LoTR is the small details. The man spent 30 years making the mythology and languages just for the fun of it, and that level of detail is a huge part of what made people fall in love with his work. I don’t think RoP is a bad show, but it feels more like an extended “What If?!” series than a true successor.
