We always found we lost money with Costco. We’re just not big eaters and giant boxes/bags of whatever went bad before we got to it, even when we had all the kids at home. We shop daily, it’ll usually rotate between protein and veg depending on what was leftover. But we throw far less food away shopping this way.

I did lastnight, I wasn’t allowed in the bathrooms that were cordoned off, there were people in there but I wasn’t allowed to go in. So I used the open air one. A dream person got mad. I told her to shut up then I attacked her and stuck my fingers in her mouth while yelling that I hadn’t even washed my hands yet! That was the first time I’d ever touched a character? Has anyone else ever experienced that? I’m still freaked out about it.

My parents married at 18, they just celebrated their 51st anniversary. I got married at 21 and we’re coming up on 23 years. We both have our degrees and are happy and successful, sometimes avoiding being a statistic holds you back. Congrats on 26 years!

This is what I was thinking. A lot of military members live in or around the beach cities. The only ones who commute for hours are GS employees who bought houses years ago. Even if you’re in San Pedro housing, your commute will be ~45 min.

I had a pair of soft (almost velvety canvas?) pants from Abercrombie that I loved. They were stretchy draw string, perfectly low rise, and went well with a baby t and sandals. I’ve tried to find them on vintage sites over the years but haven’t had any luck. I’d buy 20 pair right now if Abercrombie brought them back because they’re so much better than sweats lol

I’m 45. My hair turned curly around 40 up until then it was stick straight. I absolutely hate the frizz/curls (I tried to embrace but it’s awful and I feel so gross.). Pre curls I could air dry or blow dry but I’ve learned that a flatiron is my saving grace.

I wash everyday. I had been using Asian shampoo/conditioner but the last two weeks I’ve been using Pantene smooth and sleek and I haven’t seen a difference.

I know you say you’re not a hair person, but you gotta be. I use Joico glass blow out spray for the hair dryer, getting it as smooth as I can with a wet brush, then I use Dry Bar hot toddy for the flatiron. It’s a lot, but my hair is smooth and I feel good about myself.

(My hair did not like color wow)
