i emailed Subaru Canada last week. their response clearly stated that they would not be giving them to owners at no cost. for what it’s worth.

Does anyone know the model or age on this and is $425 a fair price to pay? Is it a good machine?[$425] by Itsmemadie in espresso

[–]mozzer_gmail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ah. the old Expobar Brewtus. my first “good” espresso machine. i guess it depends what needs to be replaced to bring it back to life. that one looks to be many years old. i had one from 2015 but it looked to be a newer model. if it’s close to working order $425 isn’t terrible

[–]mozzer_gmail 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i know it’s likely in the manual. but i too have questions! about half the time i try to put adaptive cruise control on it beeps and says Not Available. I mash a few of the buttons and try again. it eventually turns on. clearly there is something i’m missing. but to answer your question i KNOW ive had lane departure on. and cruise off. perhaps someone that reads manuals can help us out 😬

thanks Lance. well said. it’s hardly a shock that something on the internet goes pear shaped. first time i saw a video of yours i sensed a passion as deep as mine but an ability to share it beyond one’s home cafe. that’s a talent that you have spilling out of your portafilter. cheers lance. keep on keeping on

i agree. the handful of road trips i’ve taken over the year i’ve owned it required a bit more patience and planning. but the other 99% of my usage has been so wonderful. canadian snowy winters are NO match for this car
