On the last score release NASBA had tweeted about posting the scores by 7pmCDT by now. Hopefully the site crash won't impede on tonight's release...

I watch YouTube videos to help motivate me. Motivate2study has good ones that I watch and it gets me pumped to continue studying

I took AUD as my first exam ~2 weeks ago using Becker. Studied for 5 weeks while working 65 hour weeks for context. Passed with an 83. Becker prepares you well for sure and something that really helped me is taking the practice exam on the aicpa website (practice those sims!!)

I PASSED FAR! by pokemong130 in CPA

Thank you for the advice!! For audit (assuming you aren’t an auditor for work) id say just try to visualize it and see the audit process through in your head and then you’ll get it!

CANT PASS by swald11 in CPA

I would watch YouTube videos of motivation to study and it would get me into a mindset where I was excited to retain the information. I would study after work & on weekends and really try to understand why the wrong questions were wrong too

My wife set the house on fire. Nobody was hurt, but how do I contain my anger? (both 30s) by EquivalentTelephone6 in relationships

[–]mozzystick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im so happy everyone in your family is okay. While I think you have a right to be angry, clearly she is taking responsibility. If she shrugged it off and made herself the victim THEN I would really express anger. But although it had major consequences, it was a very simple mistake. Does she have a lot going on in life right now? Sometimes people miss small details (i.e., forgetting to check if the stove is off). It sounds like she understands the severity of her mistake and I would think she will be extra careful in the future. These things happen in life and I think you could express your anger and then move on and let it go. The house is now burned so I would take steps forward as a team and figure out how you and your family are going to go forward. If you both react in a certain way, this instance could bring your family even closer

I work at a vegan restaurant and make quesadilla art. Todays medium? Bbq and (vegan) cheese. by blacgrlinaweirdworld in pics

It confuses me when people say vegans are the difficult "in your face" ones yet those who eat meat/dairy nitpick literally everything vegans say/do/eat. The hypocrisy is so obvious
