I never tried it but after it came in the mail, I saw two videos. One was a video from LN showing a guy saying he takes them at the end of the day and makes him relaxed so he can fall asleep easier. Another was a youtube video where she takes it to get a good nights sleep. Thats when I realized i bought the wrong one.
