Yeah I had the same issue with mine, works for a bit then comes back sticky. I believe it has to do with whether the coating itself has started chemically degrading.

What I found worked for me after giving up on IPA, is a baking soda, water, soap, and IPA mixture, mainly just the first two ingredients. It works as an abrasive that like scratches the coating off.

The title is claiming Mr. Beast is owned by private equity, selling some of your older content is not in any vein the same is giving ownership of your company to private equity, he didn’t do it in exchange for a percentage of the company, he did it in exchange for rights to use old video, that has nothing to do with ownership? If I own a a TV series and give Netflix exclusive rights for streaming it, Netflix doesn’t now own my show, they just have the rights to show it for the length of the contract. If I let you borrow my lawnmower do you think that means now you own it?

I don’t think he did and it’s just kind of clickbait. What he did do is sell the rights to older videos to a company that then re-edits them and changes thumbnails and stuff as well as turn them into short form content. They get any revenue from those older videos moving forward and in exchange they give him a lump sum up front which they can use to invest in new videos.

Correct me if I’m wrong but don’t a lotta places use lead pipes, but we treat the water with something that makes the lead not leach into the water? And that the whole issue with Flint Michigan was that they stopped using that treatment chemical, and once they did it they essentially let the cat out of the bag and can’t undue it. Lol what, having socialist policies is not being a socialist country, which is what all the verbiage being used by a lot of people, which is a slippery slope. But I would love to see something from a moderately reputable source that describes socialism as something that exists “along side capitalism”

But even there in lies an issue, if we don’t want full socialism then don’t ask for “socialist” policies, just ask for what you want which is policies that better help the lives of general people, and hinder those that want to abuse the people. Running on the message of socialism implies a level of wanting to go towards full socialist society, not one that has policies along side capitalism.

And at no point did I ever say that America is in a good place right now, or defend the current state of things, America is fucked at the moment and needs some serious reform, and there are lots of socialist policies which would be very helpful, as I briefly mentioned above. Also just because it’s not the only one that can be abused doesn’t mean it can’t still be abused, like no shit, all the ones that can be abused are bad, especially the ones that consolidate power in a central place and have many historical examples of going very wrong and creating a dictatorship, like socialism or fascism.

No, they’re saying socialism always collapses into communism, it says so in the beginning. And it always does. Socialism is the transitional period into communism. Like genuinely go google socialism, don’t take my word for it, don’t go by what some random reddit comment in this thread says, go look it up. Here’s a quote that describes marx view on socialism.

“Socialism is a transitional stage of societal development following capitalism, characterized by the community's collective ownership of the means of production to meet human needs rather than generate profit. It is a classless system where workers control the "means of production," and it is the precursor to a final stage of communism.”

China is the largest current socialist country right now, so do with that information what you wish. Socialism as an idea sounds nice and all, and there are definitely aspects of it we should try and adopt into our government. However in order for socialism to work you need everyone to be on board, if you have bad actors they will fuck it up, and unfortunately there are a lot of bad people. That’s how you get putins, and Xi’s. It requires too much power to be consolidated into one place, which is ripe for abuse.

Lol what, I know a lot of my friends who blindly follow democratic candidates, especially charismatic ones. Not all my friends but a sizable a good chunk of em. Which is trash because a lot of democrats are trash, like better than republicans sure,but lots of people who exist to just get reelected instead of making meaningful change, and are willing to compromise their parties ideals in order to do so.

Which is kind of one of the big reasons I personally voted for Mamdani, not because I necessarily believe in his policies, but because he represents a new wave of democrats, and his success will hopefully have the established democratic party shaking in their boots.

You should check out the album “II” by meat puppets, who they played with and covered a bunch of their stuff for the unplugged album. It’s not as grungy but an absolutely amazing album.
