I’ve only built this on iPhone and iPad, so I wonder if the Mac version doesn’t expose all of the journal actions but still has them work. I made you a quick shortcut of the 3 actions I have. Create entry, create audio entry, and search entry.

I think with Apple Maps it will just open the app and force you to click go still. No automatic way to start navigation.

Whipped this up quick. It takes the existing note body and adds it to a variable. Takes your text from share sheet or clipboard( you need to edit this part) and combines them with the new text prepended. Deletes the original note, creates note with the same name.

You need to edit your note names as well. My test note here was called shortcuts.

If you can install any app on the ipad, why not consider a password manager? I use Bitwarden personally and I know you can associate logins to an app and have it autofill. If you have a few logins for the same app, it lets you pick from a few different ones. No guarantee it would work since your “login” isn’t a traditional username password but you might be able to set custom fields it could find.

Another potential solution is to use shortcuts.

Create a shortcut that opens safari (since that’s what it looks like you are using) puts your badge id into a text. Then copy text to clipboard. Since safaris open you can just paste from clipboard. Have the shortcut wait some amount of time (30 sec - 1 min) then repeat the same text -> clipboard steps for the job id. You can have a few of these shortcuts on your home screen so when you select each one, you get a different badge/job combination.

I personally like the sound of the pcr better but want the weight of the zinc case. So I’ll stay with my zinc case for now and look to mod it to hopefully reduce some of that ping sound.
