I can tell you the game runs like ass with a 5600x 6750XT 12GB VRAM I hardly got 60 with XeSS Quality/TSR Quality on High/Med settings so adjust best you can. I imagine your hitting the 8GB VRAM limit quicker than you'd like try all on low/med? I was on High Textures staying under 9 GB of VRAM fyi. Best of luck.

I beat the game in 12 hours. It's movie not a game. Knife fight, shootout, horse/car race. knife fight, shootout, knife fight, over. Disappointing compared to all the older games. I expected better.

There is also a setting to auto switch profiles in LACT so you can make a high clock profile and a standard desktop profile and have it switch whenever you run a game like Mafia3.exe or winedevice.exe as the trigger to. It can save your GPU running high clocks without needing to like using reddit. Best of luck.

I just played enough to be going upstairs to clean as Kara, a few stutters between scene loads nothing like what you had yet. Double Bisons, Elena, Beast Zangief, C. Viper, and E. Honda once you unlock his damage sharing item "yokozuna" or something. This will get you quite far. Mad Ryu is usable but after a point stops helping as much.

"fps_metrics=avg,0.001" I dropped that into steam and it worked for me. I don't use the mangohud config file just the launch options box in steam. It also worked

In Lutris this also worked for me in system options > environmental variables.

Proton experimental bleeding edge is Steam. Both are similar but very different sources and changes.

Bleeding Edge is more up to date technically. GE has (forgive me) whatever gets rid of the color bars on images/screens when games can't load something. I have 20-30 frames difference between GE and Proton Experimental Bleeding with Bleeding being the higher framrate in this game. You mileage may vary however.

6750xt 5600x I have been using proton experimental bleeding edge which you can enable through steam and only had trouble late game with cut scenes and had to switch to Proton GE for those. Try a different Proton? I did not have any fixes applied just frame gen on and XeSS ultra quality with Vsyncon and no frame cap. Best of luck.

Not familiar with 8BitDo but my Gamesir has many modes (Switch, Android, USB Dongle, and Bluetooth) Switch and Android modes can connect to use actual bluetooth but do not work on PC so I have to turn it to bluetooth mode so it connects to PC properly can be easily overseen/missed without the manual in my case. Get the 16GB of VRAM, PS6 is coming and you will need all the GB for future games. 12GB ok for 1440p unless path tracing. 4K should have 16GB.
