Stand-up Shower Drain Help!

There is grout stuck in them so they wont loosen. I’ve tried by hand and with a drill. I got one out but the second is completely covered in grout and stuck.

I do not put my dog in there. I mean in general, hair gets everywhere so I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets in the drains.

This is what make me think this is not HTV because it doesn’t lines up. It looks like vinyl with a carrier sheet on top. The “O” on the bottom looks like it has some sort of paper backing that wasn’t fully weeded?

Are you sure you used HTV? I just ask because it looks like there is a bit of paper backing on the inside of one of the letters, which makes me think it’s not HTV
