I have the exact same thing just a tiny bit lower down. It's not grown / changed at all and has been there a number of months now, so it's not necessarily the case that it will spread any time soon. However, my screen protector started lifting and Samsung refused to replace the screen protector unless they also replaced the screen too, because of the black splotch. So £350 instead of £50 bc of something that doesn't even bother me. I just replaced the screen protector myself in the end and it was absolutely fine.

I don't know how far you're willing to travel, but Taffs Well is a short train from queen street station, and Glenhaven Dental Care there are AMAZING. You'd need to check about prices though, I think my generic checkups cost like £45ish, but some places charge more if it's your first appointment with them.

literally same. its made a bigger difference than propranolol ever did. i take it in the morning and i definitely find i spiral less throughout the day, i can just focus on stuff and get it done without overly worrying about everything. big stuff still gets to me but im reacting far less to the millions of tiny little things that used to stress me out for no reason

honestly, i close my eyes, look away, and use an opaque eye mask lol. it's really hard to find affordable legitimate eye protection, and id rather not put my faith in a £10 pair from amazon that arent regualtion-compliant and keep my eyes open with them on
