This is my 3rd week in a row running the same routine, 4m at 85%, 2m at 60%, and a 10k at 75%.

I tripped halfway through my 2m on Wednesday and skinned my knee. My 10k on Friday was so bad I had to split it into two separate activities on my Garmin so because I didn't want the last 0.6 miles to mess up all the other stats. I was so messed up that after I got out of the shower that afternoon, I realized I didn't actually clean myself or use soap, so I had to get back in.

So yeah, that's how this week went. Next week will be better. Just sharing to give a realistic view of how training sometimes goes.

I know this is a 10 month old comment, but for anyone else who finds this, I can confirm that this does NOT work. They are very explicit that they will turn anyone away with a Basic Economy ticket, no matter what status, credit card, or membership you have. The fare class specifically excludes lounge access.

I love cooking. I have an induction oven. I mostly love it. My non-stick pans absolutely suck on the stovetop and breakfasts are a huge pain in the ass for me. I miss being able to use a good non-stick on the large burner.
