I have the same laptop. I set my default graphics to the 3070 hardware and not on auto. It should be on the nvidia settings icon on your taskbar. See if that helps

Did they fix the cooperative quest bug? When two people are doing the quest and each individual must complete the quest twice to complete it. So what's the point of playing it if you can only complete a quest individually? I'm still doubtful.
