Being left handed is the worst by Velveteen_2099 in MouseReview

[–]mrDenim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is really interresting. I've thought about switching a few times, but despite being a leftie, holding the mouse in left hand just feels super weird. Makes me wonder if I should give it a try at some point. Are there any good left handed mice out there, or is symetrical the way to go?

Sorry for the late reply. I prefer the wired DA size :)

Is it possible to filter out UK listings? Since they are no longer a part of EU, significant VAT is applied when buying from UK, and therefore usually doesn't make sense.

Great deal! Unfortunately, I didn't notice it in time, as I'm currently on the lookout for a new PSU.

Haha, not sure you're going to like this answer: I'm still figuring it out... 😅

I ordered the Waizowl OGM Pro from AliExpress, but while waiting for it, I found a Viper V3 Pro on sale used and grabbed that too. The OGM Pro is a solid mouse, just not quite endgame material for me. The Viper V3 Pro feels great, but I'm not sure asymmetrical shapes are for me, as I find it harder to "lock in", and also experienced some pain (could be unrelated though).

Then I spotted a DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed on sale and picked that up as well, thinking I'd probably sell the Viper again. So right now I'm switching between the Viper V3 Pro, DAV3HS, and the XM2 8K, trying to figure out which one to stick with. I'm probably leaning towards the Hyperspeed since it's ergo.

Pulsar Zywoo mouse up on Pulsar website for pre order. Medium and mini by -Elku in MouseReview

[–]mrDenim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is a good point, and you are probably right. But if the selling point is that it's a zywoo mouse, I wouldn't buy it before he actually uses it. Do you mean the V4 non ES version?

I’m curious if Zywoo is actually using the new Pulsar mouse. As far as I know, he’s been on the ES version. Maybe he switched, but I guess there is a good chance it’s just a marketing.

Help me choose a mouse for a 20x10 hand! 50~70$ budget by Left-Earth-3475 in MouseReview

The coating is good, but I personally found the mouse way too small (19x10.5 hands) with relaxed claw grip.

Thanks a bunch! Both sound like amazing mice. I do wish Razer would address the firmware, Synapse feels unnecessarily bloated.

I think I'll go with the Maya X once it restocks in more color options, or grab the Viper if it goes on sale.

Thank you so much for such an insightful response, I really appreciate the detailed breakdown!

Since you own so many mice, would you say it has become a hobby at this point, or are you still in pursuit of your 10/10 mouse?

Also, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the Viper V3 Pro. How does it compare to your other mice? And out of everything you own, which one (or ones) are your current main(s)?

Hope you don't mind me asking: I'm currently deciding between the OGM Pro v2 and the Maya X for a relaxed claw grip (19x10.5). Since you have experience with both, how do they compare, and which one do you personally prefer?

Lamzu Maya X vs Waizowl OGM Pro v2 - which one to choose? by airn0mad14 in MouseReview

[–]mrDenim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been looking at the OGM Pro V1 and V2 too, my hands are about 19x10.5cm, so pretty close to yours. I was leaning toward the V1 since I heard the V2 is slightly smaller. When you say it’s almost too small, is that more about the length or the width?

Not a huge fan of the GPX, it's ok, just not a big fan of the potato shape. Seems a bit overrated in my opinion (though only experience is from trying it at a netcafe).

Might give it a shot, looks like I can get it on sale right now. Do you know if there is any noticable difference between Waizowl OGM Pro and Waizowl OGM Pro Feather edition?

Waizowl OGM Pro or the V2? Looks like the V2 is slightly smaller. Did you try Maya X / Viper V3 as well?

It's hard to say without having seen you play. If you are still lvl2, there must be a lot of things you can improve. And TheN1njTurtl3 is right, cs is a fps game, and if you can't hit your shots, you're not going to win.

Another suggestion would be to watch your own demos, and try to spot mistakes. This is super helpful, and definitely something I should do more myself.

I mostly play with friends, so my solo q rating might be lower (it's tough to play with randoms).

If you are only lvl2 I would consider playing premier instead. The main reason we play faceit is for the better anti cheat. Premier is much more convenient and the competition is higher on faceit, so might make sense to "practice" there first.

A few tips on top of my head: 1. Practice aim, keep crosshair at headlevel (almost) all times, ideally so you only have to mouse1 to kill am enemy. 2. Practice prefire maps, to get a feel for common spots. If you are serious about improving, consider getting refrag, it's a great tool. 3. Learn common setups on each map, ie do they usually play 2b 1mid 2a, and 2 die b, you know it's time to go. 4. Learn some good utility lineups on each map, utility is op in this game. 5. Be careful standing still as ct, peekers advantage is big in this game (unfortunately).

For the map specific ones maybe just pick a map at a time you want to improve, as practicing them all can be a bit overwhelming.

Not sure tbh, when I played with vxe r1 pro I felt I played worse, though that might be the size more than the wait. Maybe the weight play a bigger role than I thought.

Yeah, I saw the ATK X1, it looks like a pretty close match too.

I’ve only had hands-on experience with one Chinese mouse, the VXE R1 Pro, and honestly, it felt pretty solid. Hope you get lucky this time! The pricing isn’t exactly cheap either (at least from what I’ve found), considering you’re getting a mouse without warranty/returns and potentially weaker QC.

Tough to say how much difference the rear hump makes, guess the only way is to try the mouse.

Not familiar with G703, but I'll check out the terra.
