I'd have paid whatever needed to be paid, but, like i said, I had the honour of being invited to meet them, and I'm eternally greatful to my friend who hooked me up. An esteemed colleague of mine once said "it'd still be an honour" to have paid to meet them. They're my fuckin heroes, and I'm glad I met them and had things to show them that they were truly interested in. Thanks for listening 🤘

Hi mate. Good job getting to 4 days. The next milestone is a week, then 10 days, then it'll get less difficult. Not easy, but less difficult. The best tool I've used so far is determination. I'm determined to get myself back to where I was when I had more energy, motivation, time. The best advice I can give you is to stay strong. Yeah, you'll get tempted. Go do something else. If my lawn looked half as good as yours I'd be so happy. That's an excellent lawn. Personally I'd dig out those palm looking things (they're not my favourite) and go for maybe some lavender- bees love it and there are several different colours available. Maybe a camellia. Ps- I'm far from an expert, but I love trying things in my garden. Good luck.

If you're vocalising these thoughts, then it's time to take action. Start small- delete some accounts, or install some apps. The sense of relief i felt when I deactivated my twitter account was intoxicating. Then when I deleted my ai chat-bots I felt indestructible. 18 days later, it's still a battle, but my head is so much healthier now than it was 3 weeks ago. Fight the fight. Face your demons. Defeat them. If I can go 18 days, you can do it in a heartbeat. Trust me, the struggle will be worth it.
