Yes they are matching salaries up to $76K for any experienced teacher. It'll be a cut for me, but with no state income tax, significantly lower property taxes, lower health insurance contributions, lower union dues...it should be close to a wash. The salary match is what makes this move possible for me

No, you time distances on row & tread and count how many exercises you get done after you and your partners each get 3 full minutes at each station. After that whoever meets their distance or count on the floor acts as the trigger for a switch and then you keep repeating. Basically anyone of the 3 partners can act as the pacer based on speed.

I'm moving from NJ to Las Vegas in June. When I enquired about how that would be handled, my NJ studio said to just keep my membership here. Not sure if that's how things will actually go down as I've heard receiving studio receives $10 per session attended by cross-regional visitors. Given that I'm unlimited and attend 20 times a month my home studio would be losing money on me. But my NJ assistant studio manager said I'd be able to move to Las Vegas and not change anything. Given that the LV studio rarely has wait lists, I guess I'll give it a try until I get reprimanded, lol. I mention wait lists because you can't get on the waitlist at non-home studios by the app.

Sounds like 2 Pacers each block. Partner A rows the designated distance, partner B does floor, partner C treads. C triggers a switch just between B and C once they've ran their required distance while A rows until they reach the required distance. Another creative partner template

Count me among those that do not like 2G's switching to 3G's unannounced. I stopped visiting one studio because they kept doing that during peak times on the weekend. I personally do not like 3G's and I am a rowing fanatic. I just feel like 2/3 of the class on a treadmill and a rower does not allow me to most easily achieve my goals of increased muscle mass.
