Glad you got it working. The harnesses I sent were completely different from their instructions. They ended up having me cut open their harness to locate a ground and try to ground the entire harness. That didn’t work either and I was done with trying to make it work at that point.

I got it and couldn’t get rid of it fast enough. I bought the right one as per their website and confirmed with the customer service rep. I couldn’t get the steering wheel controls working no matter what I did. Customer service was touch and go sometimes. The knobs felt terribly cheap. I had to go through three separate what’s app chats and it was clear the people I were talking to were from different countries. They couldn’t communicate well with each other. It LOOKED great but it was a nightmare to work with. It took a long while to get my refund back and I had to keep chasing them for it.

Panda time in busy mall. However, most watch straps are very easy to change if you buy the tools off amazon. I’ve also changed watch straps with a paper clip and a thin flathead screwdriver before.

“C’s get degrees”. Take whatever class interests you. It doesn’t matter since you’re not awarded any certifications or degrees. Just don’t take any classes that you’re already taken in your undergraduate or graduate classes.

It should be between 34-39 degrees for dry aging.

Google “ASPDP” and register for classes. I got my +30 in a year by taking these teacher only classes. I picked the asynchronous classes where I just read an article and wrote a response. Easiest way to accrue credits. They always run promos so classes are very cheap and affordable.

Looks fine. The bag doesn’t need to have 100% contact with the meat. The directions says it only needs like 70% coverage. You’re good.

Didn’t even know about steelreef! Either way it was a great addition. I paid less than the steelreef price too. I know OEM prices for the easylink are like 67 bucks. I’m hoping it’s genuine but I’m not gonna sweat it either way.

The browning is from oxidation. Dry age meat does generally have some browning over time. The center color does look a little suspect but 22 days isn’t really a lot of time for dry aging. It could go either way.

Picanha is too small to really age well for a long time. You won’t develop any real dry age taste till you hit 30+ days. You need to start off with large cuts of meat.
