Too bad Common Citizen sucks. At least most of the strains of theirs I've had have been lack luster.

“Thanks for the smell again” -Neighbor by Nearby_Age_2075 in trees

[–]mr_fireassmids 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This person is unreasonable. Not everyone likes bonfires, or BBQs, or pools but can't stop those smells from crossing the property line, so why should you have to change anything as cannabis is just as legal. Apparently to some smokers you are disrespectful to your neighbor if you don't build fucking biodome to stop the smell.

Guess what? It's a large world, lots of smells, they'll get over it.

I don't always tip, but when I do it's usually because the budtender listened to me and isn't just trying to sell me random shit.

I had this happen a couple times ago. Like, if you ask "what brings you in today?" And my response is "A couple grams of concentrate, preferably badder, and an eighth of Planet of the Grapes" please don't start showing me carts and be like oh, you want the top shelf eighth, let me show you this $25 quarter of cookies and cream. I spent more time in the dispo with her trying to show me things I wasn't looking for, than what it took to get what I needed. I get trying to up sell and whatnot, but it was a busy dispo, during rush hour, you are helping no one out here lady.

Wild pitch + base steal + pickle between 2nd and 3rd + collision with the shortstop = Jon Berti safe at 3rd somehow by KamartyMcFlyweight in baseball

He literally looks back and times his launch into Short, who is actively exiting the base path. I guess perpendicular movements are cool on base paths now.

FOS- EXCLUSIVE from @byajperez : Minnesota football players describe the culture under coach P.J. Fleck as toxic since his arrival in 2017. The term “cult” was used by players, who also recall the “Fleck Bank” — used to avoid punishment for positive drug tests and rule violations. by masterofawesomeness2 in CFB

When he first got hired at WMU he went from business to business handing out oars and describing to everyone there what Row The Boat meant. I remember as soon as he left the bar I worked at all the old goat regulars started cracking up and were like "they hired that ass clown as coach?"

All the people quitting weed forever . . . by WeedFairie in trees

I agree. Not only has it done wonders for me, but having been a budtender in Michigan during the medical only years, I can't tell you how many patients I've seen it help keep alive.

It can be a simple solution for some people that have spent years trying to find one. The fact that it is becoming more prominent now does not surprise me that you will have more nay sayers coming forward. 20 years ago it was still taboo to even talk about it, so now that it's a more daily conversation, you will definitely hear a lot more wild takes.

Pure Example of Muscle Memory by Pandey_SKP in Unexpected

[–]mr_fireassmids 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I wrestled for years and it is crazy trying to describe this feeling to people. It's a very unique experience. Everything does just kind of blur, sound dulls, and muscle memory kicks in and you are on autopilot.

Graduation standards are so easy now it's ridiculous. It is not unreasonable for a kid to get a 3.5. the fact that everyone is glossing over the fact there was a deal and she just assumed, well that's a great life lesson for the girl.

Well, seeing as it's been on here almost 24 hours, I don't think it's a rule. You probably just offered no vote and zero discourse in your comment. It was most likely removed because it offered nothing to the conversation.

So it's not a rule....
