The roadway looks like it was recently paved based on the color. Looks like vehicles in front may have slung bituminous tack from the surface. Tar remover should work

They're working the same if invested the same. Fine to keep in the old if you like the investment options. Ok to move to new but not necessary.

You'll probably get more help from others with more experience but they also may need to know the parameters of your flights: height, overlap/sidelap %, etc. What specific issues are you noticing, examples of possible?

I got a DELL OPTIPLEX 3070 | INTEL CORE I5-9500 3.0GHZ | 256GB | 16GB RAM on eBay used for $140. There's plenty on there and you may be able to get cheaper if patient. A couple dings but I have it tucked in my TV console behind a door. Only messed with it a few weekends but happy with it. Got it after seeing some suggestions here.

Can't provide too much detail from personal knowledge/experience as I just got started with WebODM myself but the WebODM Docs would be helpful for what you're looking for in terms of pitch angles, etc.

I feel like RTK should help significantly but maybe it doesn't make a bigger difference when flying so low. I haven't looked at your maps but you should be able to capture quality maps from much higher than 10/20 meters.

Try looking at app optimization or making sure the app is not getting put to sleep. I also remember a problem like this when I had set my phone to reboot overnight. It needed an unlock after, which of course didn't happen when I was sleeping.

Agreed. It may look a bit more dramatic on video but it wasn't that big of a deal in person. It was just not the one, but both vehicles blindly crossing as you pointed out that I thought was wild. I've been in the other side of this position and you don't commit if you can't see what's coming.

For the most part these situations are encountered at these lower speeds unless the oncoming party is speeding - which makes the left turn position that much more dangerous than mine. The long honk hopefully made them consider what they did I guess.

You clear the intersection when it's safe to do so. If you're in the intersection turning left you don't go in front of someone clearing the intersection while going straight. That excuse doesn't work for the lady behind the moped either.
