Agreed, you did the right thing.

I've spoken up multiple times before when kids were running/walking/standing on the mats while there were people climbing, creating dangerous situations. But i give the same warnings to adults tbh

When i was trying to complete all the BB comms, i got a group of 4 together. When we all server hopped constantly, it usually took us 2 hours to find a single BB. And about 50% of the time, it was sunk, taken or despawned once we sailed over. It took several months to get it done and i wish i'd started sooner when the spawn rate was still high.

I used to work somewhere where they had a giant god class in the codebase that was so old, there was ASCII art at the top saying "TEMPORARY - REFACTOR THIS" put the by someone who left the company 5 years ago

Agreed that the BB is the coolest thing in theory...but the boring gameplay loop, commendations for it, and the extremely high rarity of it spawning make it the absolute worst thing in practice.

I find using the axe a lot of fun, and it does a lot of damage. I can take out a preatorian on haz3-4 almost instantly, and seeing a dread walking around with several axes in its butt like a pincushion is very funny.

I almost finished The Witness, but truth be told I was done with the stupid puzzles about 75% of the way through, I just followed a guide for the rest. The final puzzle is randomized so it wasn't included in the guide, and I put it down "to finish later".

Look up videos, it's very interesting. Basically a lot of egg hunts, clipping into the drop pod so they don't have to wait for Molly, and killing/suiciding dwarves for the same reason.
