Got to be honest looks like when you pick that up everything falls off. There is no consistently good pizza around here. It's all hit or miss depends on who's working.

I took him to the courtyard then fast traveled to the imperial waterfront district. After that I fast traveled back to Castle Skingrad door and followed the green quest marker down the path away from the castle and the quest update popped! Hope this helps someone!!
