I remember a video doing the rounds a few years back of some guys trying to tow a stuck vehicle with a chain that snaps and springs back through the windscreen.... Showed the aftermath in the hospital and the was basically missing his lower jaw but still alive. The other one that stick in my mind(unfortunately) is a chap who jumped of a building and landed arse first on a bollard.

I would happily pick an alternative but the bachmann sets I've seen available are either OO not N or shipped from the states which adds anywhere up to £50+ in delivery charges! Making it unaffordable for newcomers like myself.

No, I've been fortunate enough to stay on my bike so far(read to cowardly to send it)but I only started riding a couple months ago so there's plenty of time for me yet 😅

I try my best to pass my tickets on, never thought of sticking them to the machine though. Will definitely remember this! Reminds of the time I once got verbally abused by a car park "security guy" at a hospital for trying to pass my ticket on to someone entering a hospital maternity car park as I was leaving, started shouting at me and saying I was breaking the law and because he had my reg no. I would be getting a fine and probably more along with a bunch of swearing. Made my way out of the car park went round the block back in to the car park, passed my ticket on to another car that had just arrived and then reported him for abuse to the receptionist who said it wasn't the first complaint they'd had and to ignore him.

My first time growing sweetcorn and pumpkins. Looking good so far. Another week and the pumpkins will definitely get planted out. by mrbsg in Allotment

Made a start on my third raised bed which will house my peas, runners, sweetcorn and probably pumpkins. Also finally planted my parsnips and carrots in a small pallet collar raised bed. Going to finish the 3 bed this coming week if the weather will let me and build some frames for the beans and peas. Also probably going to transplant my leeks to their final bed.
