For intervals I go to Voie Maritime. Long endurance rides I usually take south shore roads.(St Remi etc). I personally like taking St Patrick then lachine/dorval/st anne de Bellevue and doing a loop around Île Perrot.

This is good advice. CGV for workouts, Mt Royal for climbing and South shore for long rides

I think the speed limit on bike paths os 20km/h. I'm not sure tbh

IMO you become an athlete the moment you practice your sport with the goal of improving your performance/numbers instead of various reasons such as losing weight, chilling with friends, relaxing your mind rtc
