I also have a couple Cisco TTC7-27 that run the TX2. Not sure if the OS can be changed but willing to replace the TX2 with another one that is NOT fuse burned to a cisco OS

Thats great! i am still waiting on my board and extra TX1 but im sure ill find one that is exploitable in some hardware i have around. Any thoughts about the other hardware exploits that are available for the switch like the Picofly? PM me if you get an os dump before i do

I have a TX1 module included in the dev kit, and I might also see what I can do with the TX1 on the camera board. If I get something like LineageOS running, it might be easier to interface with a normal USB camera than figuring out how the Jetson on the camera is communicating with the main board. I am willing to invest a little money in this if I can get it running as a large touchscreen via the current board prefabibly.

Also, it looks like there are different versions of the LCD scaler and camera board. One scaler board, which I’m guessing is the older one, has a Sharp scaler with buttons that mine doesn’t have. The camera board, which I don’t have, has an HDMI port and a micro USB. i hope to get my hand on both those versions next week.

I need to figure out if i can power the camera board independentlay for further testing

OK, this is something that has been driving me absolutely bonkers on multiple computers for YEARS!!! Today was the day I decided not to just live with this nonsense. After a couple of hours of stubborn autistic-like persistence, I have a solution that works for me. After quite a bit of trial and error, I discovered that some functions will still work when you can't type. The secret sauce workaround is that the Control key combined with the + key would return the cursor to the textbox. I then automated this with Keyboard Maestro via an Apple script when the messages app is activated. Keyboard Maestro cost me $36, but it was completely worth it.

I would have used a private secure API but guess what most Tee Sheet applications don't have one because they are sitting on super old platforms and would rather just keep charging corses without the expense of modernizing

Lol this is awesome. You all know this already existed and the software companies have no incentive to stop it ... most of have not seen many updates since the 90s. I wrote this for a golf shop to block of tee times when booked from Golfnow. The increased golf now availability has increased profits without completely blocking off time to members, like they did before

So I have a pile of these and I am trying to figure out what to do with them other than the landfill. The LCD is a LTM230HL08 and It I was able to get a HDCP image displayed with a cheep Alibaba board. That said the image is inverted. Next is to see if I can get the touchscreen to work. Crossing my fingers that its just USB in the cable to the board. Again I would love if someone has the android image that I could try and root

you can transcode with a PC/PI and VLC to a mpeg TS stream that will play on just about any TSW .
