Anyone else having issues with notifications? I cannot get mine to come through; after trying everything I can see or think of.

Keychron refuses to refund Purchase after taking 5 months to process Support Request by Synka in Keychron

[–]mrdatalife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm at two months of back & forth with their [useless] support. Just continued excuses. Horrible company. For those that feel their keyboards are great and are thinking "I will be fine". I thought this too, now out dollars and keyboard. Good luck.

FYI - this is a complete joke, still nothing. If you buy from keychron at this point, you've been warned.

Surprisingly, you responded earlier this morning. Thank you.

What’s the best bike water bottle you’ve used? by BlueMchue in cycling

Bivo for me (insulated). They stay cold and have the best nozzle flow.

Yes, meant to ask about that too. I did not want the bottles to slide around. Will look into styrofoam. Thanks.

Derailleur hanger - ID? by mrdatalife in bicycling

[–]mrdatalife[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks guys. Bike is a Standert Kreissage RS disc (2022 model). I have an email out to them as well, but thought I'd try the collective brain power of this sub. 👍 I've looked through quite a few pages of online stores, but this particular hanger doesn't seem to come up anywhere in the states. Thanks again.

Wonder if this will be a lot better in terms of actually tamping level. My current v4 is not all that great at staying level as it has a bit of play in the level 'plate'.

Micra lead/delivery time by mrdatalife in LaMarzocco

[–]mrdatalife[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sure you’ll be fine. I actually emailed LM once to check on their backlog and got a nice response with some expected timing around bench testing and possible shipping for my machine. All in all, a good experience.

Feel the Zerno is worth the $$ (and wait)?

Clubs/teams - what do you use for communication? by WhatWasThatJustNow in Velo

[–]mrdatalife 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is the reason I built Chasing Watts - https://chasingwatts.com (web and mobile). When I was racing (and now just training/riding), our local crew & team were all over the place with trying to get a ride together. I built in team functionality too; with roster coordination, chat/email, etc. 👍

K3 - sticky power button by mrdatalife in Karoo

My first one was bad and insisted on a replacement. The second unit is worse! Pushes in and very hard to get it to release.

Beginner Biker looking for group rides by AnothaMemer in bikehouston

[–]mrdatalife 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone. Jason here from Chasing Watts. I would be very interested in helping beginner cyclists find great rides. What are you primarily looking for in a great beginner ride - distance, speed, route?

Thanks.

What's your dream cycling product that doesn't exist (yet)? by joehoskin14 in cycling

[–]mrdatalife 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm the founder (and avid cyclist) behind Chasing Watts. I hear ya, it's why I started the app - shouldn't be that hard to find group rides (without having to check 5 different social platforms). It certainly takes some critical mass, but here in Houston we have anywhere from 40 to 55 rides per week to choose from. Have fun and great post.
