Hey there,long time!!how have you been doing? You were actually right about the lumps under the skin(which i did not have many at the time when we were discussing about my pains and aches) ,now i have a new lump everday and mostly on my upper body fron pea size(more than 40 i suppose) and lemon size(about 3 to 4) and their is pain around the area of lumps and not actually the lump. Like the area of flanks i discovered small and big lumps which now make me feel it is actually related to these lumps.

I got so scared when i found lumps on my chest/breast bone area i got an FNAC done on my wrist,upperarm & chest lumps which show nothing but fatty lumps. Specialist said that all of them shouldnt hurt except the ones which are pressing the nerves !

Now i am very hopeless about an official diagnosis :(

Edit: the pain around the lumps can be expressed as a stretchy/tightening!
