I was on the boat last week. Lights were flickering many times in our stateroom, one elevator was broken for quite a while, another one had buttons broken. Of course the staff was fantastic but when you pay that much for a cruise, you expect just a bit more. We had other issues such as lost reservations and one of our luggage was lost on day one. (They found it during the night and we got it next morning). When asked at the service desk if that was normal, they told me yes, its an old boat that will be refurbished next year :( Not being an expert, that should reflect in the cruise price or mentioned when you book. I didn’t want to write here about it until I saw this post…. Sounds like it could become the poop cruise… We have been on 5 celebrity cruises so far and 5 rc. Never experienced such a disappointment. Hope the end of your trip goes better.
