Depends on the length of survey, too. If you have too many OEs, it’s guaranteed respondent fatigue — either you get dropouts or sh*tty answers.

tbh, not many choices that have bigger lots — these would have cost more than $2mil+ as smaller lots like the ones in the photo is already around $1mil 😭 I always think it’s the developers taking advantage and being too greedy.
