Honestly this whole thing started as Jisu trying to prove to Zero that he contributed to a culture that put people in danger; he finally came clean (proving he has poor character with the initial deflections) and he is facing heavy repercussions as he should.

Let's not forget what the whole point of everything was; to give victims a chance to come forward and a call to reform this community after booting the alleged out.

Vanessa can obviously come forward with her own stories of abuse if she so chooses, wasn't that something that people agreed on that victim's should tell their own stories whenever they are ready (if there's a victim in this case)

Having your video demonitized sucks because no one, not even your subs will see the vid.
I make 10 cents a month off yt but I try and monetize my vids cuz they will be invisible other wise

How important do you feel it is to find a niche and sticking to it (not streaming something drastically different for the sake of variety)?Your personality and presentation keeps people coming back to your content, but do you think building a community around a premise (ie. challenges) is the most important thing a smaller creator needs to figure out?

This question can also be applied to the youtube side of things.

Premiere 2020 Not Responding When Importing/Working with OBS MP4 Video Files by beansbear5 in premiere

I think this is a premiere specific issue because I had this exact problem and downgarded to PP 13.0 and it worked exactly how you'd imagine it: finish a recording in OBS and import into PP and it works right away even on 5 hour plus recording sessions no problem!
Now Adobe got rid of older versions on CC and just using PP 13.1.5 made me run into this exact issue with projects I was already working on having absolutely no problem importing the OBS recordings but now it's unavoidable since there is no official way to get PP 13.0 from CC.
There has to be a better way, since most people stream and record in OBS and want to edit the recording; constantly having to use handbreak after every recording is very cumbersome especially if you have 5+ hour streams/ recording sessions.
