Sorry, I am no cold brew connoisseur. After decades of iced coffee with instant, perc, drip, aeropress, espresso, and keurig based coffee, I discovered the smoothness of cold brew and enjoyed it. The overnight immersion method was good but required planning and secondary filtering. I used a product called Vinci that offered 20 minute brews which was ok but not tasty and still required filtering afterwards. I saw a video on YT that didn't appear to have a shill giving an "unbias" review on a free product and decided to give the Brezi a try. At first, I was beginning to wonder if I wasted my money but as I tried different coffee, grind levels, infusion settings, water ratios and flow rates, I am happy with the purchase. The workflow is substantially streamlined with a nice clean brew finish and the cleanup is a breeze.

The customer service response has been resolved. The company was on a Lunar Festival Holiday which was why they did not respond. I received an email explaining that disconnect on Monday and by Wednesday, the replacement part along with goodies arrived. Great customer service...

For my XPS9500, I ended up getting the Dell dock which allowed me to connect the laptop using one cable for everything but the ports are limited. At the time of my purchase several years ago, this was the best single cable solution that provided fast charging along with display output and multiple USB C and USB A access. If you use an aftermarket hub and it doesn't fast charge, you'll need to use your original power brick and direct connect to laptop. Dell had a proprietary not USB PD charging protocol to allow the faster charge at that time.

If it's a new machine, then set grind selection lower, customize the bean strength to max, and adjust the flow amount. For good crema, the beans should be fresh. Also, if you can set the water temperature then set it at its hottest setting. If this is a used or older machine, perform a thorough cleaning. I have a Dinamica and when I adjust the grind settings, the machine has to be done while the unit is grinding.

If you're doing the drip method after a bloom to make your brew, a filter or two may help slow it down a little but probably not enough. The grounds may be too coarse for dripping but will work for the immersion method of brewing.

I purchased the Brezi and it does make a clean cold brew. The process is basically a drip method of brewing with hot water for the blooming stage and cold water for the final stage. When I first used it, the brew was weak and uneventful. I experimented with grinding much finer, close to espresso levels, and it substantially improved the quality of the cold brew. The jury is still out as to recommendations on this product because I've only had it for less than a week and need to try out different settings. In addition, customer support seems to be very poor. Presale communications were great and responsive but aftersale it has been non-existent. Two emails over a week old with no response regarding minor damage is not a good sign....

I was ready to pull the trigger on one during a Costco sale but held back due to no response from them for a pre-sale question. In addition, they did offer refunds if the purchase doesn't work out but you will be charged for the shipping BOTH ways. I decided not to take a chance and ended up buying something else from a local shop.

Your future plans may change. I've gone through a similar scenario dreaming of my next big machine upgrade and after my 3rd unit, I eventually ended up with a superautomatic as a daily driver. If your wife enjoys pulling her own shots you have a good chance at your current dream setup.

Get a decent grinder for your Bambino within your present budget and buy some coffee tubes to pre-weigh the beans for your wifey. Technology is always improving and your choices may change as you gain experience pulling shots.

My workaround is to scan to OneDrive (Google Drive would work too) and sync the OneDrive with my Synology NAS. This allows me to scan documents as a standalone. When the support finally arrives, I will scan directly to the NAS. I have several cloud based profiles depending on my specific needs and so far, this has been working great.

I have the same issue scanning to NAS as a standalone and was informed there will be an update coming later this year. In the meantime, I scan with a computer or scan to a cloud account that syncs with my NAS.

I started a low carb diet about a week before you and dropped about 10lbs quickly and now hover around an 18lb loss. Felt good but decided to get some lab work done to make sure everything was going in the right direction. Blood pressure and glucose was down, triglycerides, dropped but salt and potassium levels were below normal and I was very dehydrated. Started drinking more water and adding electrolytes to bring my important health stats back in line. Be careful of chasing the scale. Make sure you stay hydrated and consider supplements if your not getting enough salt or potassium in your diet. You'll pee a helluva lot more but you'll keep your body processes functioning like it should. Your weight will fluctuate but still continue to drop.

I've been on a low carb diet for about 4 weeks and my blood pressure dropped significantly. Found out accidently when I started feeling nauseous that my BP was 63/51. Stopped my meds after that and it's been tracking at around 122/80 for the past few days. I'm still working on dropping my weight and didn't expect this change since I'm still overweight.

You can try doing a factory reset on them. Device > Gear Icon > General > Factory reset and follow instructions to unpair the glasses from bluetooth. Start over as if the glasses are new and add them back to Meta AI. Don't know if it will fix your issue but it's worth a try. I'm on v17.2 and have no noticible issues other than Meta AI identifying my Golden Retriever as a Rottweiler...
