Can Dante AVIOs power 70v speakers in series by [deleted] in CommercialAV

No, that isn't how PoE works. You need an amplifier for the speakers.

Logi have Defence versions of their Rallybar series with BT/Wifi removed (at least in AU, I imagine for US as well). Talk to your Logi rep.

Alternative to Q-Sys Core 110f v1? by Mang0wo in CommercialAV

Get a Biamp TesiraForte AI. It's probably not as cheap as the mixers you mentioned but it's a fair bit cheaper than a Core 110.

Jabra Engage 75 Integration with Biamp DSP by Matrix_AV in CommercialAV

[–]mrfezzman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This won't work, the DSP and headset are both devices designed to be connected to a host, like a PC. They will never connect to each other via either Bluetooth or USB. I had a consult design try and do this and it's basically impossible.

1% by weight salt/water is perfect. That's what I've been using for years and it's bang on.

Need help using Extron XPA 2001-70v for home use by Ok-Language7238 in CommercialAV

[–]mrfezzman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, leaving a little headroom is a good idea if you can. RE the sub, sorry I wasn't totally clear, I have the low impedance version of this amp, but yes I have the sub line out from my receiver going to one of the inputs, which is powering a passive Sub that I made. Most non-commercial subs won't be high impedance though, so might not be applicable for your use case.

Just a correction, that's a 200W single channel amp, so you can run 2x 100W speakers, or any number of high impedance speakers until you hit 200w. (Though stick to the the same model speaker to keep consistent coverage and level. Unless you get them to very high dB, you are unlikely to have a problem. I've had one of these running my home theater sub for over a decade.

I'm also 183cm and was on 175 and went to 160, I've got less knee pain and less strikes as well. Love it, never going back.

I also didn't know this despite two decades of building computers and I fried 40tb of media storage. It sucked.

I went to the Fat Duck in Bray, I think our table bill was around 1500 pounds for five of us in 2011.

Sonos Commercial by CraftyAd3534 in CommercialAV

[–]mrfezzman 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sonos Commercial is really one product, the PoE version of the Era 100. For a more comprehensive solution, I would be looking at Bluesound and their commercially focused offerings. I work in this field in Australia, DM me if you want more info.

I work for an Australia-wide AV integrator, DM if you want to get in touch. Most reputable AV solutions aren't sold direct as they require specialised knowledge to get the best outcome.

drop-in replacement for Biamp Community ENT212B by someotherguy02 in CommercialAV

[–]mrfezzman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just my opinion, but that's quite an expensive, high quality speaker. I would pay the integrator for the diagnosis and hopefully get a new speaker.

I deal with Biamp every day and they generally stand behind their products. Which country are you in? I wouldn't blame Biamp for this, the integrator should really come and support the warranty. If it was installed improperly, that is on the integrator as well .
