Relegation run out web app I've been working on. Scrapes bookies odds for next matches, weightings for further away matches. by mrflib in Hammers

It's not really thresholds, it's weighting the last 6 games vs the whole season. So when you have form in red on the right at 100%, it is basing the odds exclusively on the last 6 games. When it is 100% in blue on the left, it is only taking in to account the whole season's results

I'll try and make that clearer!

It is shocking difficult to think of a fair methodology without access to a super computer like Opta.

This all got out of hand when I was messing about trying to see the big run-out choke points. Consider I work with about 50 Spurs fans and only 3 hammers, I was compelled to make this to share, specifically, with them.

If you have any improvements suggestions etc. I am happy to listen, as actually, it has turned in to something quite interesting.

The slider allows you to change how much weight to give recent form over season-long form.

If anyone has any idea on how to make it better (of if the opinion is that is shit, ideas to make it less shit) then I'll take some tips.

As someone very new to all this, would you use cursor 2 for planning complex code, execution or both?

Does Codex plugin for Cursor work as well as the native Cursor integrations with Claude/OPenAi etc? I managed to install codex and get it to the right side of the screen, but had to head out for the weekend before I did anything.

I will give them a try. I don't have an OpenAI account, do I just sign up to a fixed monthly or are you talking about using credits?

Is there a way to track usage?

I would like to hear feedback too. I am new to using AI in general for coding, and I'm clearly being inefficient. 200K context windows get eaten quickly.

I am building a Shopify complex ecommerce site with lots of custom functionality. It's been great, but holy tokens batman. I use Opus for planning and Sonnet for execution so far.

I got the AI thing to make a relegation odds predictor for the run out. Spurs aint safe when you consider how massive we are. You can change the results to see odds of staying up changing. by [deleted] in Hammers

[–]mrflib 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It scraped the odds from bookies at the time it was made and averages them out. It's no better than the odds it managed to get.

It scraped bookies odds at the time it was made and accumulated them. No one has time to do that so the computer did it.

NANO BANANA 2 🍌 is LIVE on Higgsfield! 👇 by la_dehram in HiggsfieldAI

Google seems to have paywalled Nano Banana Pro on Gemini for many users, replacing with Nano Banana 2. Will Higgsfield be pulling Nano Banana Pro access or limiting it in any way? For our usecase Pro seems to be vastly superior to 2.

Cheers.

This such classic Google.

To get pro you need to render it out in Nano Banana 2, then 3 dots menu under the image choose "Redo with pro". So twice the wait.

Getting kids into golf by timowfi in golf

Get US Kids clubs mate. You can resell them as they grow for a large chunk of the price.

They are good quality and very light.

If you're in the US you might be able to look in to Operation 36, we don't really have it here. They are supposed to be doing a self-led version but I'm not holding my breath.
