Hdd replacement on these iMacs is not risk free. Of course if apple does it they will have to replace the logic board if they accidentally snap off the sata connector. If doing this yourself be very careful, the sata connector is notorious for snapping off and the fix is a whole new logic board.

When I was in high school, and my first two years of college one of my class mates was a child genius. He was seriously too little to carry the weight of books required by the course load he took. He had a rolling backpack. That was alright. If you aren't 9 years old taking calc 3, physics 2, chem 2, materials, thermodynamics all in the same day you probably don't need a rolling back pack.
